Sankranti tour

Sankranthi can be called as festival of harvest. Every year it is celebrated on mid of january. When I remember this festival it reminds of sweets, kites and the cockfighting. If you like to see this intense and wonderful practice of fighting of roasters you must visit Bhimavaram located at Andhrapradesh.

Crowd cheering the roasters

Not only this we can place a bet on this fighting. The speciality here is that you can see a wide variety of roasters. And the fun here it is they are named after their color.

Nemali.

The picture you see of cock is called as  nemali. The outcome of the fight is decided not only by strength of the roaster but also by the color. We believe that the color domination can turn the fight within a second.

The moment of heart break for everyone. The deciding moment

Here the fighting is done not only for money but also pride of the owner of roaster. Due to this the roasters are raised like their own children to them. They take care of them and see that no one touches it. A roaster ranges from 1000 to 100000 depending upon their breed.

On this auspicious sankranti even the small children walk with roasters on their hand. Everyone must and should watch this fighting and you must visit our Bhimavaram once in your life time just to watch this on sankranti.

Good to go fight my precious cocks.

Best pictures of our surprise trip

Actually we are in a rush to go to vijayawada gundala temple. But as soon as the rays of sunlight are coming we just stopped by. Forgot about everything and that is the moment I love to live every minute of my life.

The snow that made us feel like stopping and make some noise

The gundala temple is very famous in vijayawada. It’s a mountain called as Mary mothers mountain. It took 1hr to hike the glorious mountain the smiles on our face itself can speak of the happiness that we had after praying to God.

Talking about this trip we made a great adventure. After gundala we planned to go visit a water fall near by which is 35kms. As we are new we asked the google maps some help. That google map Help made us to make a new way and it was awesome but frustrating too.

The new path 👣

After visiting waterfalls our eyes started a new waterfall because there is no water in the falls. Just a small way of water is coming. We are disappointed but having to see new place made us feel better.

Looking forward for more trips
A small pond.

Memories are always bring back the feel of what we experienced. Photos act as bridge to that memories. And i think we had lot of memories members and great rejoice in that trip.

Trying to boil the water to drink.

Going on a trip.

Travelling is all about getting to know new things and making new friends. I always like to travel a lot apart from my travelling interest I haven’t gone much far. But by luck or some miracle I have gone on a trip that made me write this article. I just wanna share my feelings and my experience about that marvellous experience I had with my friends.

Playing in the 🏖

The trip was 4days and we enjoyed alot. We started from Bhimavaram to vizag (via) Rampachodavaram, Maredumilli, Gudisa, Paderu, Araku. That was like a long drive for us at first day we all stayed at maredumilli. Maredumilli is full of waterfalls and their main attraction is bamboo chiken biriyani. The taste of bamboo chiken biriyani was too good because of the spiciness and the curd and side dish were soo yummy. After we finished filling our tummies we directly rushed to the waterfalls and we had a great time. At early morning we started our engines to the gudisa hill station and it was just 40kms from maredumilli. We started early in the morning at 4:00. After that we realised that it was the dumbest and most exciting desicion we have ever made. The cold breeze froze us and our hand started to feel dizzy. After so much of struggling at last we reached gudisa hill station and the view was wonderful. Every human must and should visit that place once in his lifetime. It made me feel like I was able see something more beautiful. Those clouds and the sun from the mountains it was like rays from the heavens.

I suggest that you maintain sufficient petrol in your bike and have water with you all the time when you are visiting Gudisa hill station.

After having such a great time and beautiful experience we headed forward to araku. With enthusiasm in our eyes and little energy our bikes started their journey, this the part where we felt more energetic than exhaustic. The road we took was full of greeneries and the clouds hugged the mountains and the breeze kissed our chins. We felt like we are flying with mother nature.

At last we reached the paderu but it was too late night and so we had to stay there. Early in the morning we started to araku and this road was soo good, That was like angels falling from sky.

As many know araku is an tourist place and that is the moment when I realised why the araku is tourist destination. There were many places We couldn’t cover as there is only a little time for us. Burra gruhas, coffee, chocolate factory everything was a new experience for us.

After having seen araku we headed directly to vizag and vizag is the place I dream to settle down. We enjoyed a lot at the beach and stayed there.

In this trip we couldn’t cover Lambasingi that was the only one thing that is making me feel bad but for sure when i go there i will definitely write about it.

Travelling makes us realise how much we are missing our life. In this world stress is taking over us. It may be money, it may be life whatever the reason may be for stress only medicine for it is to travel.
